As with most scholars in the early stages of their careers, my initial research was heavily influenced by the focal areas to which my advisors have largely contributed — information systems, service sciences, and innovation management.

I remain fascinated by the interactions of technological innovation, business organisations, and our society at large. My current research continues to tackle these questions more systematically through the conceptualisation and evaluation of models designed to capture the dynamics at this intersection. My vision for the future is to be valued worldwide for my expertise in developing and advancing knowledge and practice in the field of management of technology and innovation, particularly in the context of service organisations.
